New Patients
Your first visit isn't a procedure. It's a conversation. We listen to what's happening, look at the whole picture, and tell you what we find. In plain English, without pressure. This is what to expect.
Visit One
Your first visit is about building a clear picture. We're not just looking at where it hurts. We're looking at the whole system, so that what we recommend actually makes sense for your body and your life.
Not just the symptom. How long it's been happening, what's changed, what you've tried, and what you actually want out of care. Your goals matter as much as your diagnosis.
We assess your spine, posture and nervous system function, looking at the structural and neurological picture, not just the sore spot. X-rays are taken where they help us understand your structure clearly.
Before you leave, we walk you through what we observed and what we’d like to look at further. No jargon, no pressure to commit to anything on the day.
Visit 1 takes approximately 30 minutes. Bring any existing scans or imaging. Wear comfortable clothing you can move in. Bring your private health card if you have one.
Visit Two
This is where everything comes together. We take you through what we found, what it means for your body, and what a realistic plan looks like. Built around your life and your goals, not a one-size care schedule.
You leave with a clear picture of what’s happening, why it’s been happening, and what good care looks like from here. No surprise commitments. No pressure to decide on the day.
A plain-English explanation of your exam and scan results, and what they tell us about your structure and nervous system.
How what’s happening in your body connects to how you’re feeling — and why it’s been showing up the way it has.
A tailored care plan with clear goals, honest timelines, and review points so you always know where you’re at.
This visit is as much yours as ours. Ask anything — about the findings, the plan, the cost, or what happens if you decide not to proceed.
Your Care Plan
Wild's care follows a natural progression. Most patients start in Relief and move through each stage at their own pace, based on their body, their goals and their life. You're never locked into anything, and there are review points along the way.
Reduce pain, restore movement, start feeling better day to day. This is where most patients begin.
Address the structural pattern underneath the symptom. This takes longer, and it’s why consistency matters here.
Hold the progress. Lower-frequency care that acts like a retainer, maintaining what correction built.
Proactive care as part of how you live. Not because something is wrong. Because staying well is worth investing in.
Stopping when the pain goes is the most common reason people end up starting again. Symptoms ease first. The underlying pattern takes longer. Wild will always tell you where you're at and what the realistic next step is.
Your plan will always include clear goals, honest timelines and regular review points. Private health insurance rebates apply for chiropractic — bring your card and we’ll process it in clinic.
Common Questions
Things people usually want to know before they book.
No. You can book directly with us without a GP referral.
Any existing scans or imaging you have. Comfortable clothing you can move in. That’s it.
Yes at Wild your Chiropractic care is covered by most extras policies. It is very easy to claim your receipts through your insurance provider, rebates can return in 24-48hrs. Medicare doesn't cover chiropractic directly, but there may be options under a GP care plan. Ask your doctor.
Adjustments are generally comfortable. Most people feel relief during or immediately after. Some mild soreness in the day or two following a first adjustment is normal as your body begins to adapt. We'll always tell you what we're doing and why before we do it.
That depends on what we find, how long the issue has been building, and what your goals are. We won't guess in advance. After Visit 2, you'll have a clear plan with realistic timelines and review points so you're never in the dark.
Absolutely. Wild works with children of all ages, from newborns through to teenagers. If you’re booking for a child, just let us know at the time so we can set aside appropriate time and prep the right room.
That’s exactly what Wild is built for. You don’t need a complaint to come in. A wellness check is a perfectly good reason for a first visit — and often the most useful one.
